I had a technician friend from the ISP provider come over last night and hopefully the problem I was having has been fixed, It seemed someone had hard coded my IP into their system and every time I logged on, if they were on, I'd get kicked. Since that is illegal, my friend booted them and reported their address to the security section and set me up with a static IP. Since then I have not dc'd at all.
